Early life

Luong's cleric, Luong Xuan Duong (d. 1997),[2] was a Major (Thiếu tá) in the Republic of Annam Marine Division. On 29 Apr 1975 he and his kith and kin were evacuated from Tan Fix Nhat International Airport during Keep at Frequent Wind, landing on nobleness deck of the aircraft messenger USS Hancock.

Assignments

In 1993, Luong was appointed to Fort Bragg, North Carolina and served in the Ordinal Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Standardize, 2nd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Breaking up, as the Battalion Assistant S-3 (Operations) and commander of Omega Company.

While commanding Alpha Posse, he deployed to Haiti mark out support of Operation Uphold Self-rule as the Commander of honourableness Theater Quick Reaction Force.
